Business Wire, August 30, 1999
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 1999--
Ronald Sloan, president of Can-Cal Resources Ltd. (OTC BB:CCRE), announced further results from the "Reduction Fusion" production process of 400 lbs. of screened material from the company's Pisgah property.
The California Company advised Can-Cal on Aug. 27, 1999 that the first extraction was completed from 140 lbs. of concentrates. Gold, silver and rhodium were verified from the material, and further analytical evaluation will be conducted to determine the presence of other platinum group metals including platinum and palladium.
The entire metal extraction process will be completed by Sept. 4, 1999, and the material will be delivered to Can-Cal for evaluation and sale. Both companies have agreed to begin contract negotiations for supply and production, dependent on the confirmed recovery and sale of the precious metals.
