Krispy Kreme Announces Second Southern California Location; Van Nuys/San Fernando Valley Location Scheduled to Open in September

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts today announced the location of its second Southern California store. The new store will be located in Van Nuys at 7249 Van Nuys Boulevard, just North of Sherman Way.

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts opened its first Southern California store earlier this year in La Habra. The first Krispy Kreme store to hit the West Coast has met instant success.

Great Circle Family Foods, the Southern California franchisee of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, has plans to open more than 40 additional locations over the next several years. Additional plans for 1999 include stores in Orange, at the Block at Orange Shopping Center, and in Ontario, just outside the Ontario Mills Mall.
