RMH Teleservices Contracted to Provide Customer Support Services for MCI WORLDCOM

BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 3, 1999--
RMH Teleservices, Inc. (NASDAQ:RMHT), a leading provider of customer service solutions, today announced the signing of a four-year agreement with MCI WORLDCOM (NASDAQ:WCOM) to provide customer support services to MCI WORLDCOM's Mass Markets Division.
Under terms of the agreement, RMH Teleservices will utilize customer service representatives and an extensive interactive voice response system to verify new products and services selected by MCI WORLDCOM customers. Initially there will be approximately 1,200 new RMH employees dedicated to servicing MCI WORLDCOM. With the Agreement, RMH expects to realize a five-fold increase in the number of inbound calls it currently handles for its customers.
