Business Wire, August 6, 1999
ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1999--
Hahn Automotive Warehouse Inc. (Nasdaq:HAHN), today announced that the company has retained a highly-regarded public relations and investor relations firm to assist with corporate marketing and communications.
ChrismanPeters Group handled the July 6 launch of Hahn's automotive parts online e-Store, www.iAutoparts.com(sm). The firm provided strategic counsel, planning and assisted with communications with select automotive industry editors, financial, technological and business editors, and financial and industry analysts who follow Hahn. ChrismanPeters Group is working closely with the Hahn management team to roll out an ongoing marketing campaign for www.iAutoparts.com.
"We are pleased to announce this new relationship," said Eli N. Futerman, Hahn's president and chief executive officer. Futerman added, "With the professional guidance and counsel from ChrismanPeters Group we were able to successfully launch the innovative www.iAutoparts.com e-Store, the first online automotive parts e-Store to be powered by CCI/Triad's ePartExpert(tm), the industry's largest and most powerful electronic parts catalog.
"We knew that creating the automotive industry's most comprehensive e-commerce site would provide a fast, convenient option for consumers to buy automotive parts online and believed this addition to our distribution mix would attract the attention of some financial and industry analysts.
