Pallet Management Systems, Inc. Postpones Annual Meeting

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1999--
Pallet Management Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:PALT) today announced that it had postponed its annual meeting currently scheduled for December 16, 1999.
The Company does not expect to get a sufficient number of votes to have a quorum for the meeting. The meeting is expected to be held in mid-January.
Pallet Management Systems, Inc. is the first publicly traded pallet company in the United States in the estimated $6 billion U.S. pallet industry. The company is a leader in pallet supplies, pallet retrieval, pallet repair, and packaging logistics management.
