iParty Corp. Files Amendment No. 3 to its Registration Form 10-SB

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1999--

iParty Corp. (OTCBB:IPTYE), a premier destination for party goods, party planning and Millennium parties through its iParty.com division, announced today that it has filed Amendment No. 3 to its Registration Statement on Form 10-SB with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The Company believes that the Form 10-SB will clear SEC comments on or before January 12, 2000 and the Company further believes it will be in compliance with the eligibility rule requirements for continued quotations on the OTC Bulletin Board by such date. Additionally, the Company's ticker symbol has been temporarily changed to IPTYE.
