NorStar Group, Inc. Confirms SEC Filing

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 1999--

Norstar Group, Inc., (OTCBB:NSTG), confirmed today that the Company has filed its Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
