QPS Opens Paris Office for European Operations; Appoints Guy Bensaid Managing Director

Dec. 16, 1999-QPS Inc. (www.qps-inc.com) today announced the opening of its new European headquarters in Paris. QPS also announced the appointment of Guy Bensaid as managing director of the new office.

Bensaid has extensive experience in high-tech marketing including the 1992 opening of Krystaltech for product sales in France. Prior to joining QPS, Bensaid created a division for Paris Sud Electronique Composants for the distribution of peripherals including CD-ROM, CD-R and media.
