Universal Foods Corporation (NYSE: UFC) today announced the launch of its corporate investor relations Web site at http://www.universalfoods.com. The launch coincides with the mailing of the company's 1999 Annual Report. Visitors to the site can access current company information, including press releases, conference call transcripts, the annual report and other financial information. The site also provides e-mail notice of site updates and breaking financial news.
Universal Foods Corporation is a global manufacturer of high-performance flavors, colors, yeast, and dehydrated products. The company's Performance Products segment includes its Flavor division, which provides a complete range of flavor products for the food, dairy and beverage industries, and its Color division, which manufactures natural and synthetic colors for food, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, specialty inks and a variety of other applications. The company's Natural Products segment includes its Dehydrated Products division, which produces dehydrated ingredients and vegetables, and its Yeast division, which offers a broad range of yeast products to commercial and retail markets.
