BrowseSafe.com (OTC BB:PGPG - news) an Internet Web content review company that is the developer and provider of PlanetGood, a software utility that offers safety, freedom and choice while browsing on-line, announced that it has filed all documents required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
BrowseSafe.com has filed, on a timely basis, a completed 10SB and all associated documentation to the SEC. "In an on going effort to become a fully reporting issuer we have completed all filing requirements and are currently awaiting SEC approval," stated Greg Urbanski, BrowseSafe.com CFO. In accordance with the newer NASD regulations, BrowseSafe will receive an "E" designation at the end of its trading symbol PGPG denoting it has 30 days to become compliant. "Since BrowseSafe has filed all documents in a timely fashion, the company is on schedule to be fully reporting in January 2000," continued Urbanski.

Recently, BrowseSafe signed a cable television contract worth $36 million over the next 3 years with no dilution to the company (December 7, 1999). BrowseSafe also signed an agreement with a premier Internet backbone provider to promote its nation-wide dial-up service and PlanetGood through its Private Label program (December 2, 1999).
