CNH Capital Names Management Team

CNH Capital, the financial services company created by the merger of Case Corporation and New Holland, today announced the members of its senior management team. CNH Capital is an operating unit of CNH Global N.V. (CNH).
As previously announced, Andrew E. Graves has been named president of CNH Capital, reporting to Ted R. French, president, financial services and chief financial officer, CNH Global.
Key appointments to the management team include Frank A. Anglin III, senior vice president, U.S.A.; Robert A. Wegner, senior vice president and chief financial officer; and L. William York, senior vice president, international and chief credit officer.
Other management team appointments include James S. Broenen, vice president and controller; Erik S. Cook, vice president, Latin America; Keith Hanson, vice president, information technology; Larry G. Landis, vice president, U.S. Operations; Alain A. Lemasson, vice president, Europe; Edward M. Lindsey, vice president, risk management; Ralph A. Than, vice president and treasurer; Greg Taylor, vice president, U.S. Sales; Bruce C. Van Cleve, vice president, human resources; and Thomas E. Ware, vice president, Soris Financial. Robin Davenport has been named to lead the merger integration program office for CNH Capital.

Prior to their appointments to the CNH Capital management team, Anglin was senior vice president and general manager, North America, Case Capital; Wegner was senior vice president and chief financial officer, Case Capital; York was president, New Holland Credit Company; Broenen was vice president and controller, Case Capital; Cook was director, Case Capital Latin America; Davenport was director, business development and planning, Case Capital; Hanson was vice president, information technology, Case Capital; Landis was vice president, New Holland Credit Company; Lemasson was vice president, Case Capital Europe; Lindsey was vice president, Asia Pacific and risk management, Case Capital; Than was vice president and treasurer, Case Capital; Taylor was business development manager, New Holland Credit Company; Van Cleve was director, human resources, Case Capital; and Ware was vice president, Soris Financial.
