netLibrary to Host Online Chat With Renowned Stress Management Expert Dr. Brian Luke Seaward; Chat to Focus On Holiday Stress and Tips for Avoiding It

During this online discussion, which is open to anyone who would like to participate, Dr. Seaward will talk about holiday stress and techniques for coping with it, even avoiding it all together. Guests who log in will be given the opportunity to ask Dr. Seaward questions and share their own holiday stress-relief tips.

About the Author

Brian Luke Seaward is an associate faculty member of the Center for Human Caring at the University of Colorado, an adjunct faculty member of the University of Northern Colorado, and executive director of Inspiration Unlimited, a health promotion consulting company located in Boulder. He holds a Ph.D. in psychophysiology and health promotion -- an interdisciplinary degree from the University of Maryland at College Park. Dr. Seaward is a popular speaker and workshop facilitator on the topics of stress management, human spirituality, and mind-body-spirit healing. He is the author of Managing Stress: Principles and Strategies for Health and Wellbeing; Stressed is Desserts Spelled Backward; and Stand Like Mountain, Flow Like Water. His most recent book is The Art of Calm.
