Register.com and K2 Design Team Up to Provide Strategic and Creative Services for Online Businesses

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1999--
K2 Design, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTWO), the full service e-communications agency, today announced a strategic partnership with register.com, inc., one of the Internet's leading domain name registrars.
Under the new agreement, K2 will provide Web-related strategic development and media services for qualified register.com customers and K2 will provide register.com domain registration services on its site. The alliance is an exclusive channel partnership for both companies.
As part of the agreement, qualified register.com corporate users who want to use technology to build customer relationships and online businesses will be referred to K2. In addition, K2 will be identified on the site as register.com's creative services partner. K2 will, in turn, refer its Fortune 500 clients exclusively to register.com for all new domain registrations and corporate services.
