Virage Provides ON24 with Video Search Capabilities for the Online Investor

For the first time, investors can search ON24's extensive video archives of financial market news and company information including TalkOnStocks, video clips of CEOs, market analysts and other financial experts helping them make more informed decisions about where to invest their money.
Working with ON24's pre-encoded video, Virage designed and implemented the video search architecture that gives investors the ability to search by ticker symbol, company name, show title or segment, correspondent and air date. Using keywords, investors can also search on broad topics, such as "e-commerce" to view resulting video clips from a range of experts. The video search engine searches ON24's video archives, which include such programs and features as TalkOnStocks, Analyst Picks and Market Wrap providing investors with both up-to-the-minute news and historic information to facilitate their financial research.
