Treasury International Inc. Adds 3 New Components to Active Business Solutions Software Suite

Treasury International Inc., (OTC BB:TREY) a publicly traded holding company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Compelis Corp., operates business to business e-commerce concerns focused on providing an array of Internet related solutions for its client companies.

Dale Doner, Treasury's CEO, reported that Treasury's deal with Virtual System Solutions Inc. has been restructured and Treasury has received licenses for three more components of the Active Business Solutions software suite. CommerceIS, Contractor's Companion and ActiveRMS, developed exclusively for Compelis under a contract with Virtual System Solutions Inc., have been transferred to Compelis. The new agreement grants Compelis ownership of these proprietary software packages without the expense of acquiring the assets of Virtual System Solutions Inc., as had been previously planned.

     With the purchase of these three components, Compelis' lineup is
now comprised of:

1.   ActiveCatalog -- for building catalogs and maintaining project
     databases.

2.   ActiveCommerce -- CommerceIS enables publishing and maintaining
     information in an electronic catalog on the Internet.

3.   ActiveHost -- provides secure and protected Web servers with full
     time access to the Internet.

4.   ActiveCD -- Contractor's Companion allows electronic catalogs to
     be run from the CD or installed directly on a customers Windows
     based desktop.

5.   ActiveDesign -- provides the creative elements for all projects
     including interface design, graphic design and information
     design.

6.   ActiveDataBank -- the aggregation of industry databases offers
     lower production cost, faster publishing time and reduced time
     investments for Compelis' customer.

7.   ActiveRMS -- ActiveRMS, an Internet-based application that
     provides retailers with Point of Sale functionality, retail
     management tools and seamless integration with their e-commerce
     Web site.
