The Pricer Rights Issue for US$ 20M Fully Subscribed

UPPSALA, Sweden--(Business Wire)--Dec. 9, 1999--
The rights issue in Pricer AB (publ) has been completed successfully and Pricer is provided with 170 MSEK, (about US$ 20m) before issue costs. After the rights issue, the number of shares in Pricer amounts to 238 558 985, divided into 2 313 655 series A shares and 236 245 330 series B shares. Information regarding allocation of subscriptions without preferential rights will be released in week 50.
