Citicorp Expands Technology Finance Business

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--Citicorp Global Equipment Finance has announced that it will expand its technology finance capabilities and has appointed David J. Kuncio to head a newly formed Technology Finance business unit. He will be responsible for managing the growth of the business, which serves corporate customers in the United States and in selected international markets. He is based in Harrison, N.Y.

Mr. Kuncio has over 20 years of experience in Vendor, Energy, Municipal and Technology Finance and has been with Citicorp since 1990. Prior to this, he had held senior sales and management positions with Chase Manhattan Bank Leasing and CIT Group. Most recently, he was responsible for expanding Citicorp's Global Equipment Finance business in the emerging markets.

Mr. Kuncio received an undergraduate degree in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford and holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University. He lives with his wife Donna and three children in Wyckoff, N.J.
