L.A. Care Selects Computer Technology Associates For Healthy Transition into New Millennium

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 16, 1999--Computer Technology Associates, Inc. (CTA), a leading provider of information systems and services, announced today they are providing L.A. Care Health Plan, a Los Angeles, California company, with Year 2000 (Y2K) assessment and contingency planning services. This will include business continuity, regulatory, information technology and embedded systems assessment.
CTA will also assist L.A. Care in evaluating the Y2K compliance status of their seven health plan partners: Blue Cross of California, Tower Health, Maxicare, Kaiser Permanente, Care 1st Healthplan, Community Health Plan, and UHP Healthcare.
