Salton, Inc. Begins Trading On New York Stock Exchange Under Ticker Symbol "SFP" - Also Announces Launch of New Corporate Website, www.saltoninc.com -

MT. PROSPECT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1999--Salton, Inc. (NYSE: SFP), announced that its common stock will begin trading today on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "SFP".
Leonhard Dreimann, Chief Executive Officer, William Rue, President and Chief Operating Officer, and John Thompson, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will be at the NYSE this morning for the opening of today's trading. Joining them will be boxing legend George Foreman, who will ring the opening bell in honor of the new listing, and actress Linda Evans, spokesperson for the Company's new product line, Rejuvenique(r).
