Arrow Electronics Acquires Additional Distributor in Switzerland

MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 1999--Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) announced that Spoerle Electronic, the Arrow company serving Central Europe, has acquired Industrade AG. Industrade is one of Switzerland's leading distributors of electronic components and related products.
"Our acquisition of Industrade enhances Spoerle's standing in the Swiss marketplace," said Stephen P.
