DCGR International Holdings, Inc. Announces It Will Teach English as a Second Language and Offer General Equivalency High School Diploma's GED Over the Internet

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 1999--DCGR International Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:DCGR) a business development company, announced today, through its Personal Tutor Learning Systems, Inc. (www.personalteacher.com) Distant Learning Program, it has reached an agreement with officials of the Dominican Republic to offer English as a second language to its people over the Internet.

At the same time DCGR also announced that Personal Tutor Learning Systems, Inc. has signed a letter of intent with an accredited school to offer their GED (general equivalency diploma) program directly over the Internet for individuals to take advantage of it in the convenience of their own homes.
