CALHOUN, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 1999--Professional Transportation Group Ltd. Inc. (Nasdaq SmallCap: TRUC, TRUCW) and its subsidiary, Timely Transportation Inc., Monday announced an agreement in principle with Dedicated Transportation Services Inc. to handle a significant amount of Dedicated's exclusive-use, full truckload business lanes.
