(Nasdaq SmallCap: TRUC, TRUCW) and its subsidiary, Timely Transportation Inc., Monday announced an agreement in principle with Dedicated Transportation Services Inc. to handle a significant amount of Dedicated's exclusive-use, full truckload business lanes.
