Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. Announces They Have Become Fully Reporting

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 1999--Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. (OTC BB:ADOT) Monday announced that they have become a fully reporting company under the SEC 1934 Act.
The company has recently filed a 10Q with the SEC.
The company has expanded its physical facility to approximately 5000 square feet from the previous 2500 square feet. This is to allow for the production and assembly of the company's patented flat panel displays.
Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. has recently been notified by BioModa Inc. (which it holds 22.8 percent and has an option to increase the position to 26.4 percent) that BioModa is entertaining offers for significant financing. Also BioModa has recently signed marketing agreements or R & D agreements with the following countries; Korea, Australia and Romania.
Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. is a developer of patented electronic display technology, utilizing ADOT's proprietary SLM (Spatial Light Modulator) light valve. This industry-leading technology can be utilized in many diverse fields including the production of "television quality" advertising billboards, medical testing equipment, military displays, computer monitors and high definition video transmission.
In addition to the core business of ADOT, the company has identified and placed a strategic and high potential return investment in BioModa Inc. BioModa Inc. is a company that holds patents and patents pending domestically and internationally in the technology for early detection of Lung Cancer.
ADOT currently holds approximately 22.8 percent of BioModa Inc. with an option to increase that position to 26.4 percent. BioModa Inc. intends to do an IPO within the next two years.
