MediaFORM's CD-3706P Standalone Spindle Based CD-R Copier and Printing Solution

EXTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 1999--MediaFORM introduces the new CD-3706P CD-R Duplicator/Printer.

This advanced system will simultaneously duplicate six CDs and then automatically print the CD-Rs with a thermal transfer printer. Once a job is started the system will duplicate and print up to 175 CDs before the systems needing to be refilled. The system delivers exact bit for bit copies of your Data or Pro Audio CDs.

The CD-3706P will detect defective blank media and place them in a separate reject area. The internal thermal transfer printer will automatically print on any surface CD-R creating custom professional CDs. The simple interface makes the CD-3706P easier to use than a photocopier. From the keypad you can start copying immediately, or step into more advanced features.

The MediaFORM controller automatically detects your disc format, so you don't need to be an expert. The advanced internal software creates exact copies of your Audio CDs, including all PQ subcodes and ISRC information. Optional features include Easi Dat and Easi Audio, these options allow you to import audio from nearly any digital or analog audio source.

The CD3706P has the ability to perform full bit for bit verification of your audio CD copies, this feature is exclusive to the MediaFORM systems. Design your own personalized CD surface on your PC with Windows-based Editor software, this allows you to create and print custom professional CDs.

Use any windows installed True Type fonts, get creative with radius type, import specific graphics, scanned images or logos, or design your own graphics. Then save your print image to a 3.5" diskette to be used in the CD3706P.

If the CD3706P detects a 3.5" diskette it will automatically print during the duplication process. If no diskette is detected the system will default to duplication only.
