Total Entertainment, Inc. Exceeds Expectations by 67%; Announces New Licensee and Portal Home Page

RED BANK, N.J./MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 1999-- Intercapital Canada Ltee (OTC BB:TTLN), a subsidiary of Total Entertainment Inc., reported that THEONLINECASINO.COM, month of December revenue increased to $2,982,500.00, a 35% increase over November revenue for Casino Operations and Sportsbook. The December gross profit was $126,900.00, an increase of 67% over previously announced expectations. THEONLINECASINO.COM continued to increase its account base by over 30% in December and anticipates this growth trend to continue.
The Company also announced today that its subsidiary Online Software Inc. has licensed its E-commerce and Gaming technology to ONLINESPORTSBOOK.COM, to debut in late February 1999. The new site will be a Portal Home Page branded as ONLINESPORTSBOOK INFONET, as a search engine and home page for sport and gaming enthusiasts along with Online retailing.
ONLINESPORTSBOOK.COM will feature sports news and information, injury reports, event scheduling and results, handicapping services, a directory of gaming related sites and an Online retailer as well as a Sportsbook and Casino.
This new licensee and Portal Home Page represents additional revenue to Total Entertainment Inc., from gaming license revenue, sales of advertising and retailing revenue.
Total Entertainment Inc., through its wholly subsidiary Online Software Inc., licenses software for Internet gaming. Intercapital Canada Ltee is an Internet-based commercial service business providing secure automated transaction processing and proprietary software for Internet clients.
