Ford & Harrison Completes Alley and Alley Merger; Law Firm Alliance Solidifies Ford & Harrison's Florida Presence

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 1998--Ford & Harrison LLP, one of the nation's largest employment law firms representing employers, has completed its merger with Alley And Alley of Tampa and Miami.
Alley And Alley/Ford & Harrison offices are now known as simply Ford & Harrison.
John-Edward Alley of the Tampa office and Joseph Z. Fleming of the Miami office will continue in their roles on the executive committee of the firm.

Alley And Alley, a Tampa firm, was established as the law offices of Granville M. Alley, Jr., in 1968. The late Mr. Alley was John-Edward Alley's brother. Joseph Z. Fleming, P.A., was founded in Miami in 1974 and merged with Alley & Alley three years ago.
Both Messrs. Alley and Fleming have practiced labor and employment law for more than 30 years, are state and national leaders in the field, and have educated thousands of lawyers in the subject at state and national Bar-sponsored conferences and seminars. Both have been listed in all editions of the publication, The Best Lawyers in America.
