Teltronics, Inc. and CCS TrexCom, Inc. Announce Co-Marketing Agreement for IVR Systems

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1999--
Teltronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:TELT) and CCS TrexCom, Inc. jointly announced today a new co-marketing agreement. Under this agreement, Teltronics will offer CCS TrexCom's award-winning FirstLine Encore(TM) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to its network of Vision(R) switching system distributors, established customers and qualified prospects.
FirstLine Encore(TM), provides real-time access to information using the Web, the telephone, fax, e-mail or kiosk. Encore is a multimedia transaction processing system that saves companies money by improving customer service, automating routine transactions and streamlining workflow processes. The Encore system supports up to 144 telephone lines in a single Windows NT server.
