Business Wire, July 12, 1999

BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 1999--

Internet Media Corporation (OTCBB: USRF) announced today that it has changed its name to USURF America, Inc. With the continued growth of USRF's Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations, the board of directors of USRF expects that the new name will provide a more readily identifiable image in the marketplace, an image that it believes will lead to a greater market share.

"Our new name captures Internet slang and clearly identifies our line of business, a full-service ISP with exciting products, especially our US.RF Quick-Cell Wireless Internet access system. The reaction to the new name has been extremely positive," said David Loflin, USURF America's President. "This name change sets the stage for the introduction of an updated, higher profile Internet presence for our company in the near future," Loflin stated.
