TLS Team Chosen as Finalist for Asia-Pacific Contract

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 1999--

Technology Logistics Systems (TLS)(OTC BB: TLOS) announced today that it has been chosen, along with its strategic partner Fuji-Xerox, as a finalist for a spare parts logistics service program for a major U.S. telecommunications and networking firm.

"We are most pleased to be selected as one of four finalists with our long term strategic partner Fuji-Xerox and hope that the contract will be awarded later this summer," stated Ben Scrimizzi, President and CEO of TLS. The company expects that the program will be operated in Japan and eventually throughout the Asia-Pacific area.

TLS, a strategic partner with Fuji-Xerox for several years, currently operates in Japan and other Asia-Pacific countries. Most recently, TLS partnered with Fuji-Xerox to successfully complete a project for Cymer Inc. (NASDAQ: CYMI), and is currently doing work in the region including for Mattson Technology and others.
