USURF America Retains Integrated Marketing Firm as Part of Move to Become a National ISP

USURF America, Inc. (OTC BB:USRF), formerly Internet Media Corp., announced today that it has retained Ignited Minds, Inc., Santa Monica, Calif., an integrated marketing firm, to create a national image as part of USURF America's strategy of becoming a widely-known national Internet Service Provider (ISP). Ignited Minds is a new venture recently spun out of interactive entertainment publisher Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATVI).

Ignited Minds will also design the logo and Web page, and perform market research for, the "US.RF Quick-Cell(TM) Wireless Internet Authorized Reseller Button Program," which will allow select, local ISP's to resell USURF America's broadband two-way, high-speed Wireless Internet system in their respective markets.
