WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 1999--
Cheque-Mate International Inc. Wednesday announced the release of its 1999 Insta-Pay Payroll System with direct integration into the Windows Versions of Quicken(TM) and Quickbooks(TM) from Intuit Inc.
This high-end Y2K-compliant system features MICR encoding, plain paper laser drawn forms and direct integration to both the Federal and State Electronic Funds Transfer systems, which reduces the chance of error and eliminates the need to re-enter the data into the telephone.
The Insta-Pay Payroll System also offers job costing with breakdown of employers' liabilities on workers' compensation codes, departmental or on a job-by-job basis. This module along with the direct deposit of employees' pay checks to multiple bank accounts make this one of the most powerful employer tools on today's market.
Cheque-Mate is a professional payroll processing company that, along with 900-plus CPA and bookkepping and business software users, pay over 40,000 California-based companies. Cheque-Mate is dedicated to quality, service and saving their clients money.
Cheque-Mate has just entered into a marketing agreement with a brokerage company that has been able to reduce workers' compensation rates an average of 30 percent per year.
Single-company, five-company and unlimited professional-company versions are now available for California, Nevada, Texas and Florida.
