Xerox Partners With Merisel to Market Full Line of Network Printers, Personal Products; Leading Distributor Now Carries Xerox in both the United States and Canada

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 1999--

Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) announced today that El Segundo, Calif.-based Merisel Inc. (NASDAQ:MSEL), a leading distributor of computer products and services, will now distribute Xerox network printers and other products to resellers throughout the United States.

The new agreement expands the companies' long-standing relationship and underscores their commitmis year, Merisel Canada named Xerox its "Printejet printers; digital copier/printers; multifunction devices; and Xerox supplies.
