DCGR International Holdings, Inc. Will Begin Using the Name International Business Development.Com

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 1999--
DCGR International Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:DCGR) a business development company, announced today that it will begin doing business under the name of International Business Development.Com (IBD.COM) effective Monday July 25, 1999.
Personal Tutor Learning Systems, Inc. (an Internet educational and E-commerce site, now under development), New Image Treatment Centers, Inc. (health and beauty care company) and Dominican Cigar Corp. (a manufacture of premium hand rolled cigars), the various divisions of DCGR will maintain and use their names in the course of doing business.
At the present time, DCGR will maintain the current Stock Symbol and maintain DCGR, as its legal name but will do business under the name of IBD.COM.
Don Platten, President of DCGR, stated "this name change will allow us to be more closely aligned with the type of business development DCGR is currently in. We will be placing more importance on our presence on the Internet and the development of companies that can function both in the real world and cyberspace."
