Allegheny Teledyne Completes Sale of Drinkware Unit

Allegheny Teledyne Incorporated (NYSE:ALT) announced today that it has completed the sale of the Drinkware business unit of Water Pik to Image Holding, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
The Drinkware business unit, located in Houston, TX, manufactures and distributes custom-decorated, injection-molded plastic drinkware.
