Ticketmaster and Denver's New Pepsi Center Announce Exclusive, Long-term Ticketing Agreement

Ticketmaster, a USA Company (NASDAQ:USAI) and Denver's new state-of-the-art sports and entertainment arena, Pepsi Center, scheduled to open Oct. 1, 1999 with a sold out-concert performance by Celine Dion, have announced an exclusive, long-term ticketing agreement whereby Ticketmaster will be providing ticketing services for all events at Pepsi Center, including Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche(R) home games. The agreement includes event ticketing through Ticketmaster retail Ticket Centers, Charge-By-Phone telephone call centers nationwide, and via Internet at www.ticketmaster.com.

In addition, Ticketmaster is providing Pepsi Center with its new state-of-the-art automated access control ticketing system, delivering superior real-time ticket validation, attendance and inventory management. All Pepsi Center entry points will be equipped with Ticketmaster's fully-integrated turnstile access control system enabling fans to enjoy faster and easier access into and out of the venue.
