Lightbridge Adds Director of Service Delivery in Broomfield, Colorado

BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1999--

Lightbridge, Inc. (Nasdaq:LTBG), a leading provider of customer acquisition, retention and risk management solutions for the converged telecom market, today announced the appointment of Oke Johnson as Director of Service Delivery for its Broomfield, Colorado operations. In this position, Johnson will help develop and implement the Company's strategic service delivery direction. Specifically, Johnson will be responsible for directing technical support, deployment and installation consistent with Lightbridge's quality objectives.

Prior to joining Lightbridge, Johnson held the position of branch manager at IKON Office Solutions. He was responsible for the development of company sales, technical support and administration. Within two years, company sales increased by 30% and overall customer satisfaction improved under his management. Prior to IKON, Johnson dedicated 22 years to the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to Lieutenant Colonel and leading more than 1,000 Marines.
