IMA Appoints New Vice President of Marketing

SHELTON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 1999--
IMA (NASDAQ: IMAA) - a leading provider of enterprise customer interaction software for call center automation -- today announced the promotion of Glenda O'Neill to vice president of marketing.
O' Neill has more than four years of service with IMA in marketing and professional services. She will oversee the company's domestic and international marketing activities, reporting to James Anderson, senior vice president of worldwide sales.
The company also announced the resignation of Kian Saneii, senior vice president of worldwide marketing for IMA.
"Glenda brings a high level of leadership, experience and expertise in the enterprise software market as well as the internal workings of the Company and will continue to serve IMA well as a member of its management team," said Subbloie. Prior to her new position within IMA, O'Neill held several key positions in marketing and professional services in IMA and brings in-depth knowledge of IMA's products and practices to her new role. Previous to IMA, she was a director of marketing for Diagraph Corporation, vice president at Eastman Advertising and held key positions with other advertising and marketing firms.
