U.S. Global Investors Names Mr. Gil Atzmon Chief Investment Strategist

U.S. Global Investors Inc. (Nasdaq:GROW) announces the promotion of Mr. Gil Atzmon to Chief Investment Strategist.
As Chief Investment Strategist, Mr. Atzmon will support the CEO and Chief Investment Officer, Frank E. Holmes. In addition, he will be responsible for communicating the company's investment strategy and building strategic business relationships. Recently U.S. Global implemented a rigorous, disciplined and quantitative approach to improve the performance of the funds. The goal for each fund is to perform in the top half of its relative peer group.
Gil Atzmon brings a wealth of international investment experience to the company. Mr. Atzmon holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University in New York and earned a master's degree in Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas at Austin.
