Byron Preiss Multimedia Company Inc- (Symbol OTCBB: RSVP) today announced the completion of the acquisition of VMailer.com Limited, a company which has developed a unique compression technology to be utilized for voice over the internet. Simultaneously the Company announced a reverse 1:2.4 stock split, a change of name to VMailer.com and changes to the Board of Directors
At the special shareholders meeting held yesterday in New York City the shareholders approved the issuance of 12,600,000 restricted 144 shares for the entire share capital of Vmailer.com Limited.
The Company's flagship product, V-Mail(TM) is a new and exciting way of communicating over the Internet. It not only has the functionality of an email reader but also sends real voice messages over the web by utilizing state-of-the-art Blast DXC compression technology which renders the product capable of being used on almost any computer connected to the Internet.
One of the most exciting features of V-Mail(TM) is its universal compatibility, which means that recipients don't need the product to receive V-Mail(TM) rather, through its ingenious encryption technology, the requisite software is encoded with the message to allow playback, and the recipient simply has to "Click and Listen". This means that any E mail browser can read V-Mail(TM).
