The Publishing Company of North America, Inc. Under this Directory Participation Program publishing agreement, PCNA will retain all monies derived from the sale of advertising and also will receive revenues from the sale of directories directly to the association for its members. We began to implement our new Directory Participation Programs about one year ago to expand our sources of revenues and lower our publication costs; they now account for approximately one-half of our publishing agreements."

The Publishing Company of North America, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries, PCNA Communications Corporation and Attorneys Online, Inc. are integrated full service providers of specialty publishing for bar associations nationwide. While having focused principally on print directories and related products and services, PCNA and its subsidiary companies are aggressively pursuing its online strategy of providing goods and services to the legal profession.
