The partnership with Digital River provides Wave Arts with an online delivery channel for WaveSurround(TM), its virtual surround sound plugin for the Winamp MP3 player. Under the agreement, Digital River is also making WaveSurround available for download through the Web, allowing consumers to use it immediately.
