Business Wire, June 21, 1999
HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 21, 1999--
Eagle Development Group, Inc. today announced that the Spring 1999 Release of the Eagle PACE(TM) Investment Data Hub, Warehouse and Portfolio Management system has been released to its client base. Eagle PACE is the premier data hub/data warehouse in the financial services industry.
"The new features and enhancements in Spring 1999 make this, by far, the most robust release to date", says Lou Maiuri, Executive Vice President, Eagle Development Group. "And as always, our clients have made significant contributions by communicating suggestions and serving as beta sites."
Along with the new look-and-feel of the Report Studio comes the long- anticipated ability to create Report Packages, or a group of reports gathered together under one profile to be generated at once. A user can now combine Position, Performance, Cash and Trade reports within a single request to be run and distributed to a specific set of PACE users.
Also new in the Spring 1999 release of PACE is the Runtime Viewer, which allows non-PACE users to receive and view PACE reports.
Other Spring 1999 Benefits Include:
Security History Information - Now provided is a date stamp by source detailing what element was changed, by whom and the value prior to edit. Historical security master data may be viewed through simple point-and-click.
Scheduling of Performance Reports - AIMR-compliant Performance Reports may now be scheduled to run at your convenience.
Broadcast Messaging - Send messages to all PACE users via the Reports Explorer Broadcast Messaging screen for quick and hassle-free communication across the user population.
Automatic Code Generation - This outstanding new feature allows business analysts with SQL experience the ability to create new code for data uploaders through an import wizard, thus eliminating the wait and cost associated with interface development.
