SHCC Formalizes Telecommunications Service Provider Contract With Leading International Telecommunication Firm

KIRKLAND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 1999--
Saratoga International Holdings, Corp., (OTC BB:SHCC), announced today that it has formalized its telecommunications service provider agreement with one of the largest long distance companies in the industry.
Under the terms of the agreement with the service provider SHCC is currently precluded from disclosing their identity in this press release due to the sensitive nature of the providers other current business dealings.
SHCC has implemented its business development plan with respect to its acquisition of the Telecom division of Internet Interview Inc. of Florida. The Company has completed the following action steps:
a. The formation of a wholly-owned subsidiary company "Saratoga
Telecom Corp." b. The appointment of Tom Morsey as President and Chief Operating
Officer of the Telecom company under a three year employment
agreement. c. The appointment of Tom Morsey to the Board of Directors of SHCC,
the parent company.
Saratoga Telcom's product offering is prepaid calling cards via the Internet on an international level, specifically calls originating in foreign countries to the US or other countries as opposed to calls originating in the US and terminating anywhere in the world. Mr. Morsey said, "Selling Pin numbers superimposed over a graphic that looks like a calling card, via the Internet, negates the necessity of manufacturing the cards and setting up distribution worldwide. Potential customers can instantly place international calls simply by purchasing the pin number on line and printing out the card. We are in the process of setting up over 2,000 web site agents in Central and South America, Europe and the Pacific Rim are next on the agenda."
