GTCI Adds Telecom Heavyweight to Advisory Board

Global Telephone Communication Inc. (OTC BB:GTCI, www.globaltci.com) today announced the addition of Mr. Thomas Brandenburg to the Company's special advisory board.

Mr. Brandenburg brings with him extensive expertise in management consulting within the telecommunications industry, and has established many key relationships amongst the international network of telecommunications companies.

In 1984, he founded LCI Communications, and in 1993, founded US Network Corporation Inc. - the first company to negotiate territory wide term - and volume-based resale contracts with any US Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC).

Global Telephone Communication Inc. works in collaboration with China Telecom to bring widespread Internet access to the Peoples Republic of China. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Regent Luck Holdings, GTCI operates under an exclusive agency/licensing agreement with Newsnet - a subsidiary of China Telecom - to provide basic and advanced Internet services.
