SAGA to Broaden Support for e-Business with IBM's Websphere Application Server

Sagavista Will Support IBM's Websphere, Standard and Advanced Editions
SAGA SOFTWARE, Inc. (SAGA(TM))(NYSE:AGS) today announced development plans to extend its open platform strategy by enabling its in-development flagship enterprise integration product, Sagavista(TM), to operate with IBM's Websphere application server, Standard and Advanced Editions.
Support of Websphere, which provides an open, standards-based architecture, will further strengthen and expand SAGA's strategy and provide customers with a choice of open application servers when developing e-business applications.
IBM WebSphere(TM) Application Server, Standard and Advanced Editions V2.0 is a Java(TM)-based Web application deployment environment for server-side applications and JavaBeans. It helps customers deploy and manage Web-based applications ranging from simple Web sites to powerful e-business solutions.
The WebSphere Application Server, Standard and Advanced Editions helps solve real e-business problems today by offering a portable Java-based execution and management environment for server-side critical business logic while enabling powerful Web transactions.
