Business Wire, June 7, 1999

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1999--

CIS.com Inc. (OTC BB:CISI) entered into an exclusive production agreement with International Mining & Exploration Corporation (OTC BB:IMEF) last week to build International Online Computer Product and Retail Outlet Malls in multiple countries.

Each mall will be targeted specifically to the country of its origin and will use its native languages for marketing and demographic purposes. International Mining & Exploration Corporation (OTC BB:IMEF) has been in contact and discussions with CIS.com, Inc. for many weeks.

Both companies have agreed to a joint venture for this project since CIS.com, Inc. made the decision to build online computer product malls both in the United States and Canada. The project will include many professional companies from around the world.

By utilizing experts in their homelands for marketing and design purposes, IMEF and CIS.com, Inc. expect to better market their products and services in their specifically targeted areas. Budgets have already been created per location for these projects and will commence upon completion of demo mall at the ecismall.com location.

CIS.com, Inc. anticipates their demo mall at ecismall.com will be open for visitors to browse and review by month's end. The demo mall is designed to give visitors an idea of what they can expect in terms of navigation, product searches, ease-of-use, and secure online payment capabilities. The demo mall will offer other retails an opportunity to lease store space for their own products and/or wares.

Due to its new directions and current as well as future business ventures, International Mining and Exploration Corporation is considering a name change to reflect the changes in its operations, but will continue to conduct its current mining operations in Canada.

International Mining & Exploration Corporation is currently a junior American resources company whose shares trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "IMEF."

CIS.com, Inc. recently changed its name and symbol from The Henley Group, Inc. to reflect its current business directions and can be found under the OTC Bulletin Board symbol "CISI."
