Dean Witter III Joins The Brenner Group LLC as a Senior Interim Chief Financial Officer Consultant

The Brenner Group LLC, an interim management and financial advisory services firm, today announced that Dean ("Kip") Witter III has joined the Company as a Senior Interim Chief Financial Officer Consultant in the firm's Accounting and Finance Practice.

Witter will be a senior interim Chief Financial Officer to various emerging technology company clients of The Brenner Group. Reporting to Richard Brenner, CEO of The Brenner Group LLC, Witter will also advise clients on business development, operational issues and human resources strategies.

Prior to joining The Brenner Group LLC, Witter was a financial consultant for The Capstone Group, a San Jose-based financial consulting company. At Capstone, he consulted with early-stage growth companies in the areas of accounting, finance and operational issues. Previous to The Capstone Group, Witter was a co-founder of Twi Lite International, Inc. of Hillsborough, a start-up company in the area of import and distribution of wiring and electrical products. Before that, he was the Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Eeonyx Corporation, a Pinole, California-based materials science company. Witter was also with Amdahl Corporation for over twelve years where he served as Treasurer and Controller, responsible for company financial and legal operations, MIS, and customer leasing. Witter graduated with a B.A. degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford University.
