South Street Financial Corp. Announces Declaration of Cash Dividend

ALBEMARLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 1999--South Street Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: SSFC), the parent holding company for Home Savings Bank of Albemarle, Inc., SSB, Albemarle, North Carolina, announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share for the quarter ending March 30, 1999.
The dividend will be payable on April 7, 1999 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 24, 1999.
South Street Financial Corp. stock is traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol of SSFC.
