Collectible Concepts Group Appoints Chief Operating Officer

CHALFONT, Penn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 1999--Collectible Concepts Group Inc. (OTC BB:USAS) (formerly USA Sports Group Inc.) announced that it has appointed James M. Munro as chief operating officer.

Munro joins CCG from Penn Consulting Inc. where he has served as president for the past six years. Penn Consulting is a Philadelphia-based firm specializing in business and strategic planning. At CCG, Munro will be responsible for production planning, strategic market analysis and financial and budgetary controls.

CCG develops and markets licensed collectible merchandise in the sports and entertainment markets. Recently it has expanded into licensed merchandise associated with major motion pictures.
