Compu-DAWN Signs Distributor Agreement With Certified Reseller of AT&T Providing Discounted Long Distance Telephone Service Throughout the United States and Around the World

CEDARHURST, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 1999--Compu-DAWN, Inc. (NASDAQ:ETVC) announced today that through its wholly owned subsidiary ETEL Communications Corp. it has entered into a distributor agreement with E.ComTel, LLC, an affiliate of Alliance Group Services, Inc., to provision telecommunications products sold by Compu-DAWN's wholly owned subsidiary, e.TV Commerce, Inc. ("e.TV") utilizing AT&T (NYSE:T) as it's backbone network carrier. Provisioning of accounts is expected to begin within 60 days.

We have now added a key link to our system to achieve our goal of providing high end, integrated service to our e.TV customers. Compu-DAWN's primary business is now conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary e.TV Commerce, Inc., which is in the internet, e-commerce and telecommunications business. Sales of these product and services are conducted primarily using a multi-level referral network marketing organization.
